Nestled in the idyllic North East Victorian township of Cheshunt in the King Valley, The Oven @ Cheshunt has been delivering a unique culinary experience to local and tourist trades for the last three years.
The offering stems from home-grown seasonal produce and knowledge with a focus on products, including, but not limited to:

The principles of The Oven include:
'To sell ethically & sustainably produced, breads, pastries, pies & seasonal produce.
To use biodynamic/organic wheat, rye & spelt grains sourced as regionally as possible (Western districts of Victoria)
To mill the flour in a stone mill on site in Cheshunt
To use a sourdough process for all the breads
Regional produce will always be used in preference to other ingredients'
With a seating capacity of 40 comprising both internally and externally, the venue is fully licensed with selection of local wines on hand to enjoy with a lunch or as an afternoon treat with family and friends.
