On behalf of Landcom, Colliers is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and capable developers to acquire three mixed use lots located at 160, 162 and 172 Lord Sheffield Circuit, Penrith. The site is located within the State Significant Development area also known as Thornton. It is the preference of Landcom to have all the lots sold in one-line and developed in a timely manner.
The total land area is approximately 8,280m²* and located adjacent to the northern entry plaza to Penrith Railway Station. The site is zoned B2 Local Centre under Penrith Local Environmental Plan 2010 with a maximum height limit of 32 metres.
