Retail Realm Partners invites interested parties to submit a Formal Expression of Interest for the foyer cafe lease at 412 St Kilda Road, Melbourne by the closing date.
The key criteria to be submitted by operators for the Expression of Interest is as follows:
1) BRAND INFORMATION Please describe your proposed brand(s) for the premises including a brief history. Provide details of all current and previous operations/experience.
2) OPERATOR INFORMATION Please describe the operator behind the brand(s) proposed company entity to hold the lease.
3) TERMS SHEET Please provide a summary of all proposed commercial terms. As a minimum, the below information should be included:
• Proposed lease term
• Annual net rental (proposed rental to be exclusive of outgoings and GST)
• Proposed rent review structure
• Any other financial contribution or special conditions
HOW TO SUBMIT
Interested parties are required to lodge the relevant EOI documentation to Retail Realm Partners exclusive leasing agents as outlined below. Both hard copy submissions and email submissions will be accepted.
