Colliers are favoured to present for sale the renowned Wadda Aggregation, an established and diverse horticulture enterprise located in north Queensland, offered for sale by private treaty.

Comprising 830.2Ha* (2050 Acres) across more than 30 titles, the holding bounds the substantial North Johnstone River enabling year-round access to its allocated and reliable water supply.

The Wadda enterprise has been in operation for more than 50 years establishing a leading presence in the banana and across a mix of horticultural industries. The operation benefits from an abundance of deep rich volcanic soils, year-round water supply, full internal irrigation infrastructures, and of an acreage scale, that has taken decades to accumulate.

The aggregation operates as a banana enterprise offering a significant plantation of mature banana trees with fallow lands for expansion or alternate cropping.

Extensive banana infrastructure is in place including a large packaging and processing facility, cold store, offices, workshops, machinery sheds and managers residence.

Wadda Aggregation has been in production of bananas in the region since 1972. The aggregation has proven diversification ability having produced various exotic fruits including papaya, vanilla, dragon fruit and cacao at various stages with some plantings still in place on the property. The operation now focuses on banana cropping however much of the infrastructure remains in place to rejuvenate or restart many of the prior crops or almost any horticultural use.
