Port Elliot Boat and Caravan Storage has been in operation since 2017 and we currently have a total of 7 small businesses operating out of the yard, co-existing with open yard storage for boats and caravans (42 bays). The yard is fully fenced and secured; with an automatic gate system (with PIN code access) that provides 24-hour access and 4 onsite security cameras that provide 24-hour monitoring. The yard has recently undergone extensive site works which include a newly sealed roadway and a new road base and gravel surfaces. The new tenant will become part of a thriving business community.

Flexible Storage Shed Options
The caravan storage yard currently has all sheds leased but the terms of all leases enable clients to cancel their lease with 3 months warning, and we never know when vacancies may arise. If you are interested in any of the following options in the future, please contact me to put your name on a waiting list, should the shed become available. All sheds are fully powered, cemented, and have access to water/toilet facilities, along with 3 phase power.

Shed 1: Large 330 sqm a 6m high shed with mezzanine floor, large yard space (800 ssm), ideally suitable for mechanical or electrical business. Access via tow roller doors (4m clearance and 2.4m clearance)
Shed2: small 3 bay storage shed, 9m x 12m: ideal work space for car restorations etc.
Shed 3: medium 4-bay work shed. Fully lined, 3phase power, 14mx8m. 3 roller doors across the front.
Shed 4: large work shed: 27m x 10m, with rear yard 30m x 9m- contains 7 bays, 10 roller doors, 2 sliding doors with 3.3m clearance. Currently leased out to 3 tenants, one using 3 bays and the other 2 each leasing out 2 bays.
Shed 5: medium work shed: 14.5m x 10m- 4 bays, 8 roller doors, rear yard 18m x 9m
